Tru Tavern & Grill now closed in Cambridge
Tru Tavern and Grill in Cambridge has closed. Additionally, the recently opened Countri Grill in Stoughton, owned by the same entities, has also closed.
This leaves the 1855 Saloon and Grill as a remaining establishment in the stable of restaurants owned by Craig Martin.
We wish him continued success with his Cottage Grove restaurant.
Just to set the record straight, Craig Martin is no longer involved with the Cottage Grove Location. It has been taken over by it’s investors and is a great place to dine.
Could be a great place. We were greeted by a young, ‘I could care less’ and unpleasant hostess. Wait staff was good, but will think twice about going there again because of this.
Tru is now open again in Cambridge, under different ownership as well as a different name. It is now Mill on Main (i think?). I was there last week for the grand opening, and it is quite similar to Tru, at least in terms of menu. Great outdoor seating!
