Madison’s Best Place to Celebrate – 2009

 Madison holds dear its favorite place to celebrate.  The winner this year has won in the past.  The Nitty Gritty again finishes first, which  may be inevitable given its reputation of being THE Birthday Bar.

However, the second and third place winners make their debut, reflecting a switch from places that deliver an intimate experience to establishments that cater to group celebrations – and do so very well!
