Madison’s Best New Restaurant 2009

2009 saw several new, interesting restaurants enter into an already competitive market.  Still, there several standouts, and our diners were quick to point them out.  All of these restaurants are deserving, in significantly different ways.  From a bistro, to a place that celebrates American cuisine, to a casual cupcakery, we personally found you couldn’t go wrong with any of them.
