While we got some sarcastic comments doubting the existence of a “Best” restaurant on Madison’s East Side, we’re here to tell you that there are some terrific places on the East Side.  The top three finishers in this category prove it, and can compete on any level with restaurants in all parts of Madison!  Here are the winners for the 2009 Mad Diner Award for Madison’s Best East Side Restaurant.
