The food was o.k. but not worth what they charge. The service was robotic or scripted. The environment was dark and with only a few other patrons in the restaurant it almost felt weird. The background music seemed very odd and didn't make the environment feel inviting. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend. There are so many amazing restaurants in madison that I would only say go to this one if you are staying at the Madison Concouse and weather won't let you leave the hotel.
