He chocolate has a unique blend of flavors, colors and textures varying in degrees of sweetness or spiciness. The Vanilla Creme Brulee chocolates are divine! Honestly, they are godawful. They taste like Hershey's leftover Forastero floor sweepings bound together with melted crayon wax, and the occasional shake from a random Penzey's bottle. We got a large sampler box, trying virtually one of each kind, and almost gave up 1/4 of the way in, because they were so bad. There was not ONE single chocolate that was passable, but many that were inedible. Shame this place is next to Muramoto. Did you actually try these chocolates, or just look at them?
